Perk Park (Chester Commons):

F. Buddie Contracting, Ltd. and McKnight and Associates teamed with Park Works and the City of Cleveland in this unique Design/Build project. This is a functional anchor on E. 12th St. that contributes to the vitality and reflects the investment that has been made there.

The spectacular night lights installed at Perk Park create state-of-the-art breath taking panoramas:

 Stephanie Tubbs Jones Plaza:

At the corner of East Boulevard and Wade Oval Dr. is an exciting, refreshingly innovative park designed by University Circle, Inc. and Architect, McKnight & Associates. Mosaic tiles depicting the history of Cleveland are embedded in the bench walls, and a time capsule to be opened in 50 years has been installed. State-of-the-art lighting at night completes this work of art in the Circle.

    University Circle East Plaza:

The redevelopment of University East Plaza (at the southwest corner of Mayfield Road and Euclid Avenue) is an illustration of how to refashion public spaces with an eye toward green practices. Our company replaced portions of the concrete with permeable pavement, using native/drought tolerant plants to reduce water use and runoff. Old bricks and seating were reused elsewhere in the district. Finally, we installed bike rack parking for 12 bikes.
